Millie Jackson - Still Caught Up

Facts Digitally remastered and expanded version of Millie's 1975 classic featuring two bonus tracks:' the Memory of a Wife' (Rehearsal Version) and 'How Can I Make Sweet Love to You (If You Won't Stand Still)'. Millie Jackson's "Still Caught Up" was her equally compelling follow-up to "Caught Up" - still one of Soul music's most acclaimed albums of all time. Consistently in catalogue for over 30 years, it too has been available on a Southbound CD since that label's inception. Now, after 15 years, it's getting a well-deserved makeover that will introduce the album to a whole new generation of potential MJ fans, as part of a general upgrading of Millie's Spring catalogue. Extensive annotation that includes Millie's own recent reminiscences on the "Still Caught Up" sessions, and many previously-unseen photos from the period, help to ensure that Ms Jackson's still massive fan base will have much else to celebrate in addition to the bonus recorded material. Southbound. 2006.
