Jakob Hellman - Slutet Gott (Vinyl)

Facts Four and a half years after the acclaimed comeback "Äntligen borta," Jakob Hellman releases his third album "Slutet gott."
"If I had to describe it, I'd say there's a slightly more intimate tone in several of the songs," Jakob says about the record.

"I write a song / about being free and being forced at the same time / When I've sung it to the end / I'll go out and look around"
"Allting som jag aldrig sa," Jakob Hellman (2025)

With his debut "…Och stora havet," Jakob Hellman entered music history in 1989 and rewrote the rulebook for Swedish pop. Then he disappeared.
Four and a half years after the acclaimed comeback "Äntligen borta" (2021), Hellman releases his third album "Slutet gott," averaging one album every 12 years.

"If I had to describe it, I'd say there's a slightly more intimate tone in several of the songs. Other than that, it's very well produced. The guys who made it with me, Erik and Jonatan, have done an amazing job. I think we managed to keep our families intact through the process."

The album was produced together with Erik Zetterwall and Jonatan Lundberg, both members of Jakob Hellman's live band. Lundberg is also known for his collaborations with artists such as Mattias Alkberg and David Ritschard, and as the producer of Ellen Sundberg's Grammis-nominated album "Ett bloss för Bodil Malmsten."
