Facts This collection of classic VENTURES sides, compiled from EPs issued in the US, the UK and France between 1960 and 1962, features a selection of hits, flips and album tracks. Virtually every major American Rock guitarist of the past fifty or so years has cited The Ventures as a major influence - even George Harrison is on record as having said he preferred them to The Shadows! When John Fogerty inducted them into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame in 2008, he observed "'Walk, Don't Run' kicked open a whole movement in Rock & Roll.
