The Council Of Thirteen - Awake and Aware (CD, Limited Edition)

Facts The 36th album by The Council Of Thirteen continues the progressive and classic rock sounds of the Council. 14 new songs written by keyboardist/composer John W. Edwards. Leading off is the first single "Little Miss Perfect", a high energy tongue-in-cheek rock track. "Tell Me Your Don't Want To" follows with sassy Cheap Trick vibe. The melodic "On Any Other Night" is the album's third single. "Future Tense" and "Perfect Presence" are conceptual future-leaning songs in the progressive rock vein. "Arcadia To Atlantis" is a Renaissance-style anthem. "Close Enough To Break Your Heart" is a powerful ballad about the dangers of loving someone perhaps you shouldn't.
