Muldaur Maria - Yes We Can

Facts Maria Muldaur, a veteran of the Greenwich Village folk heyday in the early 60s, has spent the last four and half decades weaving her folk, blues and pop influences into a unique sound that speaks to matters of love, romance and other themes that are as universal as they are personal. But those matters of the heart in which Muldaur is so well versed are directly influenced by the state of the world. Like so many others, she is concerned about the increasingly precarious nature of the human condition on every front: socially, economically and more. This veteran balladeer takes a stand on all these issues and more on her new Telarc release YES WE CAN: THE PRO-PEACE PROJECT which features appearances by Joan Baez, Jane Fonda, Jenni Muldaur, Holly Near, Odetta, Bonnie Raitt, Phoebe Snow and more.
