Béatrice Dalle and Alysson Paradis star in this French horror co-directed by Alexandre Bustillo and Julien Maury. After surviving a car accident which killed her husband, Sarah Scarangella (Paradis) is preparing to travel to hospital in the morning to give birth. As night falls, a mysterious woman (Dalle) visits her house claiming she needs to make an urgent telephone call.

When Sarah realises that the woman has in fact come to take her baby by any means necessary, she must fight to stay alive through the night.
