For Fans Of: Nick Drake, The Tallest Man on Earth, José González, Sufjan Stevens, Fleet Foxes, Damien Rice Quote from John Engdahl: "Recording at RMV's studio was an incredible experience. I was nervous that morning-I'm always nervous when meeting new people. I had met Alex for the first time the day before and was meeting Linn for the first time at the studio. The recording felt good, though of course I think I could have done better. But we wanted to capture the songs in a natural state-not too rehearsed and without too many takes or edits. We recorded for a day and felt satisfied with what we got." (Editor's note: RMV - Riksmixningsverket - is the legendary studio on Skeppsholmen in Stockholm, owned by Benny Andersson of ABBA, where Linn Fijal serves as head recording engineer and producer.)
