Liszt Franz - Parafrasi E Suggestioni

Facts This extraordinary double CD is a live recording dedicated to the great pianistic romanticism. Here we can clearly feel how much the Italian culture influenced the genius of Franz Liszt that transposed on his favorite instrument all the magic of the great opera (Verdi, Bellini, Donizetti), popular tradition (Venice and Naples) and classic literature (Dante, Petrarca). Literally enchanted by his Italian experience, Liszt composed music of rare effectiveness, masterfully interpreted by the talent of Roberto Cappello, pianist with transcendental technique and musicality.
