Léon - Apart

Facts Vinyl LP pressing. Building off the success of her self-titled debut album, Swedish act LÉON (aka Lotta Lindgren) returns with her sophomore album, Apart which finds the songstress further demonstrating her knack for crafting emotive, tender, and unforgettable pop songs. Sticking with the feeling of nostalgia, Apart features the soft, glowing pop track "And It Breaks My Heart," as well as her earlier 2020 releases "Who You Lovin," and "In A Stranger's Arms," as well as seven brand new tracks. "With musical inspirations like Norah Jones, Adele and Monica Zetterlund, LÉON intertwines elements of sixties soul and lush pop melodies. But, she doesn't want her sound to simply be put into a box of labels. She wants her music to be "all over the place," so she can continue to try new things" (Forbes).
