Kay Arthur And The Clerks - Night I Came Home

Facts 2017 release. The clear, contemporary production brings out the best in a mix of new songs (including 'Wideboys & Cowboys', a tale of music business chicanery), Dion's 'Born To Cry', and definitive readings of live staples from Arthur's back catalog ('The Count Of Clerkenwell', 'The Last Of The One Named Singers'). Arthur's vocals sound enthused and full of character while the Clerks play up a storm. A killer horn section blazes a trail through these 12 finely-crafted shots of feel-good ska and reggae.
