Industrial Puke - Alive To No Avail

Facts Strangulation has control of everything I need. I can't breathe!

Still confrontational about everyday life, Industrial Puke writes about what they know and dresses it in hard, concrete sound. It is equal parts metal, hardcore and crust, used for the most effective attack possible.

Gothenburg-based label Suicide Records releases the band's second album, “Alive To No Avail,” in March 2025. Recorded at Studio Soundport in Ulricehamn, with producer/engineer Mikael Andersson, who steered the sessions and handled both mix and master. The focus was on sharpening the sometimes blunt edges of the crust/death metal expressions, while also expanding the dynamics between the songs. Above all, the band worked together to shape the 12 tracks that make up the album, far exceeding their own expectations. Softening the intensity was never an option; this time it takes on more forms of expression.

The debut album, “Born Into the Twisting Rope,” was released in May 2023 on Gothenburg label Suicide Records. The album received glowing response from both Swedish and international media. Industrial Puke performed live with highlights such as Viva Sounds in Gothenburg, the Metal Theatre festival in Kalmar, the giant Summer Breeze festival in Germany and Stockholm Extreme Sounds. Industrial Puke's year culminated in a nomination for the Manifest Gala, where they also won their category, and the debut album was thereby named Sweden's best metal album of 2023.
