Mississippi John Hurt - Sessions 1928

Facts A truly wonderful performer whose gentle approach was a contrast to the harsh, gritty sound of many of his Mississippi contemporaries. This disc presents all the recordings he made in 1928 and is essential listening- Got the Blues, Can't Be Satisfied; Blessed Be the Name; Frankie; Big Leg Blues; Ain't No Tellin'; Candy Man Blues; Nobody's Dirty Business and more.
