The Hellacopters / Spiders - Melody / My Obsession (Ltd Red Vinyl 7" Single)

Facts The Hellacopters and Spiders join forces this fall with an exclusive split single that comes along on their joint tour across Sweden, September to November 2025. As a tribute to the late David Johansen, both bands have chosen to reinterpret one of his songs each, but not from the early New York Dolls era. Instead, they draw from Johansen's solo catalog. The Hellacopters breathe new life into "Melody" from the album In Style, while Spiders take on "My Obsession" from Here Comes The Night. The result is a split single where two of Sweden's leading rock bands meet an icon who shaped generations, keeping Johansen's legacy alive through raw energy, respect and a shared love of the music. Transparent red vinyl! Limited edition of 1,300 copies. An exclusive vinyl on Wild Kingdom / Sound Pollution!
