Frida Franzén - Tidens Väv (CD)

Facts "Tidens väv," Frida Franzén's second album, is an odyssey through middle age's heightened awareness of the eternal ticking of the clock, and a musical journey along the winding paths of rock music. Guided by Frida Franzén's voice, which delivers the nine songs on the theme of time with conviction and sincerity. Time that has been or is yet to come, time as friend or foe. Childhood. The past. Ancient times. Time that returns, and time that relentlessly slips away and never comes back. Yet the songs have their own themes, involving the wish to escape and return to one's roots, how everyday reality can look in different corners of this beautiful and miserable world, and how starry skies and September days can soothe, comfort and amaze.
