Frederik Magle - Like A Flame

Facts Danish composer and concert organist Frederik Magle (born 1977) began composing and playing piano at age five and had his first public performance at age eight. The Danish National Symphony, the London Philharmonic, violinist Nikolaj Znaider, and many others, have performed his works. The music on "Like a Flame" was composed with this specific organ, a Frobenius organ, in mind. Mr. Magle inspired the organ builder and disseminated to him a lot of creative ideas as this unique instrument was under construction.
