Donnerwetter - Pavlov Beauty Saloon

Facts Donnerwetter plays psychedelic roots with the menace of punk. The Dutch quartet navigates between danceable film music, the grooving primal urge of garage bands and dark romantic moods. It is clearly not death but life itself snapping at their heels. Always searching for the thrill of the Donnerwetter Dopamine! The intense live shows sound as if Wilco, MGMT, White Denim, The Cramps and Grizzly Bear together climbed on stage and captured Nick Cave as a ravishing front man. PlatoMania: "Their kaleidoscopic rock hypnotizes, seduces and confuses." VPRO/3voor12: "Front man Rocco sings straight from the heart. You hear it, you feel it, you see it. Ballsy melancholy."
