The Crypt - Crypt The (Vinyl Lp)

Facts Vinyl LP. In the Swedish heavy metal scene, Leif Edling is one of its most prolific songwriters. Alongside Candlemass, he has also led projects such as Krux and Avatarium, and now the band The Crypt. Built around the concept of a metal priestess, The Crypt's debut album delves into themes of darkness, death, and the undead, echoing the vibe of 1970s gothic and occult bands such as Coven, Blue Öyster Cult, Black Sabbath, and Pentagram. The album combines dark atmospheres with catchy melodies and powerful riffs. The band introduced itself to the world with the release of its first single and video, “Into the Crypt”, back in 2021. With singer Pepper's captivating vocals and Edling's distinctive songwriting, The Crypt is a band to watch. The self-titled album is available at Bengans now!
