Various Artists - Cold Cold Heart: Where Country Meet

Facts 2014 collection. WHERE COUNTRY MEETS SOUL has proved to be one of the most popular series on Kent. The two earlier volumes were highly acclaimed and sold in quantities that demanded a third. Of equal quality, COLD COLD HEART covers a five-decade time span in Soul, while the songs come from nearly eight decades of Country music. Many selections come from artists who regularly looked to Country for their sessions, while some of our featured names will no doubt surprise many people. As always, the booklet is crammed with relevant images and features a detailed breakdown of who wrote and who cut the songs first. Many of the tracks are making their first appearance on a UK CD.
