Blandade Artister - A Little Taste Of Soul...

Facts 2014 collection, the first in a series of unique listening experiences. Here we visit New York for a heady cocktail of rare R&B, Blues, Soul and white Doo Wop that was born on the streets of the Bronx and Brooklyn. This exotic street opera captures the spirit of the musical melting pot that infused every apartment and stoop courtesy of radio WINS and Murray the K's Blasts from the Past. Join US on our musical journey as we go in search of these treasured 45s to the Spinning Disc on the Grand Concourse and the legendary Cousin's record store on Fordham that even boasted it's own record label. We collect the records, three-for-a-dollar, and serve them up in the Outta Sight diner. Enjoy a LITTLE TASTE OF SOUL!
