Avralize - Liminal

Facts Avralize - liminal / Avralize drop their new album LIMINAL on Nov 11 - a dark, emotional step forward in cyber-metalcore. Catch them live across Europe this fall. Germany's next metalcore powerhouse has arrived - and they're evolving fast. Avralize took the scene by storm with their debut FREAKS in March 2024, racking up over 5 million Spotify streams and earning a reputation for razor-sharp riffs, cinematic electronics, and raw emotion. Now, the southern German quartet is pushing the boundaries even further. Set for release on November 11th, 2025, their sophomore album LIMINAL marks a bold new chapter. Singles like "UPSIDE DOWN," "HELIUM," "WANDERLUST," and "CLOSE TO YOU" offer a glimpse into a darker, moodier sound - one that fuses cybernetic textures with crushing heaviness and haunting vulnerability. While FREAKS was a defiant cry from the outsider's perspective, LIMINAL explores the spaces in-between - between past and future, fear and freedom, isolation and connection. It's Avralize at their most introspective and experimental, without losing the urgency that made them one of Germany's most talked-about new heavy acts. Formed by four close friends - Severin Sailer (vocals), Philipp Tenberken (guitar), Bastian Gölz (drums), and Valentin Noack (bass) - the band built their name on explosive live shows, festival stages like Southside and Hurricane, and support gigs for acts like Ghostkid and Novelists. This summer sees Avralize tearing up Wacken Open Air, Summer Breeze, Reload, Fallen Fortress, Metalacker, and Pell Mell. This fall, they'll embark on their first headlining tour across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, bringing LIMINAL to life on stage.
