Art Department - Fabric 82

Facts Originating in Toronto, Art Department built a name as one of the biggest duos in house music with releases on Damian Lazarus's Crosstown Rebels imprint and their own No.19 Music, which has also provided a platform for the likes of Maceo Plex, Soul Clap, and My Favorite Robot. Fabric 82 marks a momentous and exciting chapter in Art Department's history, with Jonny White delivering his first Art Department offering as a solo artist, following the April 2015 departure of former partner-in-crime Kenny Glasgow. White digs deep, drawing on records old, new, and forthcoming at the time of the mix, and forcing aside all preconceptions to form a seamless and hypnotic audio tapestry that is deep, dubby, and refreshing - a perfect snapshot of what to expect from Art Department under his stewardship. Packaged in bespoke slipcase containing die-embossed tin. Includes tracks by Basic Channel, Frank & Tony, Mr G, Doubt, Borrowed Identity feat.
